This workshop is about finding out, where your particular stress is coming from. By recognizing your own specific stressors in your life, you´re one step closer to getting organized and managing your stress.
Through realizing your favorite interests you can integrate valuable supporters to manage stressful times. If your goal is in tune and in harmony with your special interests , it´s much easier to go through hard times.
By using time schedules, setting up priorities, realizing free-time, wasted-time, given time, you will be experimenting with your own time management.
Also managing of communications with all its aspects of either supportive communication or misunderstandings will be issues of the workshop.
In this workshop you will learn one effective method to relax and find your inner balance.
The progressive muscle relaxation (PMR) was invented by Dr. Edmund Jacobson in 1929 and is evaluated as one of the most effective relaxation methods.
The basic elements of PMR are moving and watching: building up tension in certain muscles, feeling the tension, letting go of the tension, and watching the relaxed state.
